Vuosikokous ja kutsuluennot 22.3.2024

SRY:n sääntömääräinen vuosikokous järjestetään perjantaina 22.3.2024. Kokouskutsu esityslistoineen lähetetään yhdistyksen jäsenille viimeistään 7 päivää ennen kokousta. Kokouksen jälkeen on kaksi kutsuluentoa, joiden aiheena on ravitsemus kriisiaikoina.

Vuosikokoukseen ja luennoille voi osallistua myös etänä. Linkit etäosallistumiseen lähetetään kaikille SRY:n jäsenille muutamaa päivää ennen tapahtumaa.

Jos haluat osallistua vuosikokoukseen tai kutsuluennolle paikan päällä, ilmoittaudu tämän linkin kautta viimeistään 15.3.2024. Mikäli et pääsekään paikan päälle, voit perua ilmoittautumisesi tämän linkin kautta. SRY:n jäsenille etänä osallistuminen ei edellytä ennakkoilmoittautumista.

Kutsuluennoille osallistuminen paikan päällä tai seuraaminen etänä ovat ilmaisia SRY:n jäsenille, ei-jäsenille maksu on 20 €. Lasku ei-jäsenille lähetetään sähköpostitse ilmoittautumisen jälkeen ja laskun pitää olla maksettuna ennen luentoja. Jos haluat liittyä SRY:n jäseneksi, luennoille osallistuminen ilmaiseksi on mahdollista, mikäli SRY vastaanottaa jäsenhakemuksesi tiistaihin 12.3.2024 mennessä. SRY:n jäseneksi voit hakea SRY:n nettisivujen jäsenhakemuksella.

Annual General Meeting of the Finnish Society for Nutrition Research (SRY) and Invited Lectures on 22.3.2024

The annual general meeting of SRY will be held on Friday, March 22, 2024. The meeting invitation with the agenda will be sent to the members at least 7 days before the meeting. After the meeting, there will be two invited lectures on the topic of nutrition during times of crisis.

Both the annual meeting and lectures can be attended also remotely. The links for remote participation will be sent to all SRY members a few days before the event.

If you wish to attend the annual meeting or the invited lectures in person, please register via this link by March 15, 2024. If you are unable to attend in person, you can cancel your registration through this link. In remote participation, registration is not required for SRY members.

Participation in the invited lectures, either in person or remotely, is free for SRY members. Non-members are required to pay a fee of €20. An invoice will be sent via email after registration for non-members, and the payment must be settled before the lectures. If you wish to become an SRY member and participate in the lectures for free, you can apply for membership through the SRY website by March 12, 2024.
