Since its first edition in 2012, the International Conference on Food Digestion has become an important meeting point for the community, encouraging collaboration and shaping future directions in the field. The 9th edition will highlight the latest advances in food digestion research while continuing to build on the strong foundations established by the INFOGEST community. The scientific program will feature sessions dedicated to the following topics:

Food Digestion and Its Effect on the Bioaccessibility and Bioavailability of Nutrients and Bioactives
Advances in Digestion and Absorption Models
Physicochemical and Imaging Techniques for Characterising Food Digestion
Role of Gut Microbiota in Digestion
