SRY:n Nuorten ravitsemustieteilijöiden kevät tapahtuma 07.05.2026 ”Ravitsemusta aistien kautta”!
Tervetuloa SRY:n Nuorten ravitsemustieteilijöiden kevät tapahtumaan ”Ravitsemusta aistien kautta”, joka pidetään 07.05.2026, 12:00-16:00, Turussa. Tapahtumassa pääset tutustumaan Turun Yliopiston Ravitsemus- ja ruokatutkimuskeskuksen (NuFo) sekä Elintarviketieteiden yksikön toimintaan. Tapahtuma pidetään englanniksi.
Aloitamme iltapäivän tutustumalla NuFon toimintaan ja perehdymme moniaistiympäristöön käytännössä. Tämän jälkeen siirrymme omakustanteiselle lounaalle Flavoriaan, missä on käytössä älykäs ruokalinjasto. Jatkamme lounaan jälkeen Elintarviketieteiden yksikköön tutustumisella.
Virallisen kierroksen jälkeen tarjoamme halukkaille jäätelön Aurajoen varrella verkostoitumisen merkeissä.
Tilaisuus on tarkoitettu ensisijaisesti SRY:n nuorille ravitsemustieteilijöille eli kaikille uransa alkuvaiheessa oleville SRY:n jäsenille, mutta ilmoittautuminen on avoin kaikille jäsenille!
Ilmoittaudu tapahtumaan täyttämällä alla oleva lomake. Tapahtumaan mahtuu mukaan 20 ensimmäistä ilmoittautunutta. Tapahtuma järjestetään vähimmäisosallistujamäärän täyttyessä (8).

SRY Young Nutrition Scientists Fall Event on May 7th, 2026 “Nutrition Through the Senses”!
Welcome to the Spring Event of the SRY Young Nutrition Scientists, “Nutrition Through the Senses”, which will take place on May 7th, 2026, 12:00 pm. to 16:00 pm., in Turku. During the event, you will have the opportunity to explore the activities of the University of Turku’s Nutrition and Food Research Center (NuFo) and the Food Sciences Unit. The event is held in English.
We will begin the afternoon with an introduction to NuFo’s work and experience their multisensory environment in practice. After that, we will head to Flavoria for a self-paid lunch, where you can test an Intelligent food line. Following lunch, we will continue with a visit to the Food Sciences Unit.
After the official tour, we will offer ice cream by the Aura River for those interested, providing a relaxed setting for networking.
The event is primarily intended for young nutrition scientists of SRY, meaning all SRY members in the early stages of their careers. But the event is open for all SRY members!
